Really lovely brunch at Hive Coffee Company last weekend! I was glad we had booked as it was getting busy when we arrived and there was a solid queue when we left! Our server was friendly, great choice of vegan and vegetarian options on the menu and our food was tasty. Well cooked poached eggs on my eggs Florentine and good hollandaise. Good coffee too. The selection of sweet treats looked fab, but we were too full sadly. The grounds of Jarrow hall are lovely too and the herb garden was very cute. Would recommend!

One of our absolute favourite places for food and coffee. The menu is fantastic and I love how it changes season to season. The food is always delicious, the staff are always lovely and so helpful and it's a lovely, clean cafe looking out onto the beautiful park. 10/10

The place was lovely I ordered avocado and toasted some green tea and scone. The service was quick and the food was tasty. The place was clean and tidy, I even use the toilets which were clean and tidy The person serving us was very courteous and well dressed And the place had a good choice of things I should’ve took a photo of the counter with all the cakes and etc., etc., but I didn’t I will definitely be going there again whenever I pass, and I will highly recommend to others as well

I was impressed with this cafe, delicious scones, cakes and interesting options. I tried the Leek and Corgette soup with a cheese scone and it was delicious. You can get beans on toast or eggs on toast or toasties to fully cooked breakfast.

I met a friend here for lunch. When we arrived, it was quite busy, but a member of staff asked us to wait while she cleared a table, as a large party had just left. We were soon seated and given menus. We both ordered the same salad bowl with added chicken Caesar, and it was absolutely delicious. We had a couple of drinks while we chatted and appreciated not being rushed by the staff. There’s a wide selection of lunch options, along with a huge range of cakes and scones — all of which looked tempting, though we didn’t try any on this visit. I would definitely visit again.

Down to Earth, dog friendly atmosphere with some of the tastiest and most interesting food for miles in my opinion. There is always half a dozen things on their menu that I could happily order and I am more than a little picky with my eating habits. They also do a fantastic coffee and are situated beside some nice little walks and wander spots.
